Our services span the full spectrum of piano care: routine tuning and maintenance, regulation and voicing, restoration, concert preparation, and advanced work on player piano systems, including PianoDisc and the Steinway Spirio. We are also proud to offer pipe organ tuning and maintenance — a natural extension of our commitment to the finest keyboard instruments.

Vanguard Piano Service is a small, family-owned and operated business — and that is something we are genuinely proud of. While we have grown our service area and been fortunate to welcome excellent technicians and a small but mighty office team into the fold, we remain a tight-knit team that cares deeply about the people we serve. Each technician who represents Vanguard was chosen not only for their skill, but for their character — and we think that shows in the relationships we build with their clients.

We are not a franchise or a corporate service operation. We are a small, thoughtful business built on trust, craftsmanship, and a sincere love of the instrument. When a Vanguard technician comes to your home, school, or concert hall, you are getting someone who takes that responsibility personally.

When you're ready to book, scheduling is easy. Most services can be scheduled online at ScheduleMyPiano.com, or you're always welcome to reach us by phone, text, or email. Whatever works best for you.

Excellent Piano Care

Your technician will arrive on time — and if anything changes, we will reach out to let you know. We encourage you to share any concerns about your instrument and what you're hoping to get out of the visit. Your technician will perform the service, then walk you through their findings and any recommendations for keeping your piano at its best.

Invoicing & Reminders

We'll send your invoice by email during or after the appointment, along with any estimates for recommended follow-up work. And because piano care is ongoing, we'll send you a friendly reminder when your instrument is coming due for its next service — so staying on top of it is one less thing to think about.
